"Clear tracking and a hassle-free order"
I ordered from Theoldglassesshop and the tracking was really easy to follow the whole way through. I got updates whenever the parcel moved, so I had a good idea of when it was going to arrive. It turned up safely and on the day they said it would. Compared with a few other places I’ve ordered glasses from, this felt much more straightforward and less vague. No fuss, just a smooth order overall. I’d happily use them again.

I ended up returning my glasses because they just didn’t suit my face at all. Sent them back and, the refund showed up way faster than I expected. No chasing, no awkward emails, just sorted. Weirdly I remember packing them up while there was a pigeon staring at me from the windowsill, but anyway, really pleased with how easy it all was

I ordered a pair from theoldglassesshop.co.uk they looked better in person than I expected. I’m the type who doesn’t pay much attention to all the extras, but I do notice things like whether the frame feels sturdy and if the lenses are clear, and both were spot on.

I’ve been wearing them most days now and they’re still really comfortable. The frame doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and they just seem well made. Really happy with them overall.

"Reglazing was decent, just slower than I hoped"
I used them to reglaze an old pair of frames I’m still quite attached to, so I was glad I didn’t have to replace them completely. The price was fair and the new lenses seem fine, but the whole thing took a bit longer than I expected. Communication could’ve been better too, as the updates were a little patchy. It all worked out in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience for me...

I was really pleased with the range of frames available here. I wanted something with a bit more of a classic, older-style look, and there were plenty of options that didn’t feel like the same boring designs you see everywhere else. It actually took me a while to choose, but only because there were so many good ones. Everything felt straightforward and reliable, so I’d happily use them again

"Glad I got my old glasses fixed"
I sent my old glasses in for a small repair and adjustment, and overall I’m happy with how it went. They came back fitting a lot better, which was a relief, and the whole process was easy enough with no real hassle. I did have a tiny bit of hesitation sending them off instead of just replacing them, but I’m glad I did. It’s nice to have them sorted without having to spend on a new pair.

"Good communication, though I felt a bit brushed off at first"
I had a couple questions before ordering and they did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. At first I sort of felt like one of my concerns was brushed past a little, so I was worried I wasn’t being fully heard.

After that though, they kept me updated without me having to chase anyone, and things were explained clearly enough. Overall it turned out fine and I was happy with how they handled it in the end.

I ordered my glasses and, reading between the lines from the updates, I figured they were moving along smoothly, and they actually showed up faster than I expected. The tracking updates were helpful and kept me in the loop. I’m giving 4 stars because the packaging felt a little plain, but the delivery speed was really good
